On Friday, December 10, the Human Rights Day, dr. L. Labanauskas, a researcher at the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences, participated in a unique event which unites the academia, the public and private sectors, and hundreds of participants – 4th National Forum on Human Rights (NFHR). Dr. L. Labanauskas was invited as a discussant in two sessions, entitled respectively “Citizens on the margins of law: Will we figure out how to protect same-sex families?” and “Law enforcement against hate: practice and systematic changes that could be made“ where he discussed the Partnership Act and incitement to hatred against vulnerable communities.
